Pai Gow Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient origins. Based on the ancient Chinese domino game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the east with the wild west in a wonderful game for new players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler against the casino, unlike most other poker games that gamblers compete against other players. By gambling against the dealer, new players do not need to fret about any other, more experienced people winning their cash.
A further Pai Gow benefit is the relatively slow game pace, novices are able to take their time and strategize while not having to make frenzied selections.
It’s also simpler to enjoy for an extended time with basically a tiny bit of cash seeing as, to not win, each of your hands must be lower than both of the houses hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card common deck and a single joker. The player is given seven cards face up and the casino gets 7 cards face down.
One five card hand and one two card hand have to be put together from the seven cards, the five card hand has to be stronger than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand values to be larger than the dealer’s.
