Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old origins. Based on the old Chinese tile game and the modern American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the far east with the west in an awesome game for new gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler versus the dealer, not like nearly all other poker games that players wager with other players. By playing against the dealer, new players don’t need to worry about other, more skillful gamblers taking their $$$$.
A further Pai Gow edge is the generally slow game pace, novices are able to take their time and scheme without needing to make frenzied selections.
It’s also much simpler to enjoy for an extended time with only a tiny amount of money after all, to not win, each of your hands must be lower than both of the houses hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the familiar 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned seven cards faces showing and the house is dealt 7 cards faces hidden.
One 5 card hand and one two card hand need to be put together from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be higher than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand totals to be higher than the casino’s.
