A few poker techniques will surprise you with their simplicity. This is 1 of them. Jot down your conclusions, each and every single time you wager.

You must write down your successes and your squanders; for it’s the grand total of all a mans accomplishments which develop his bottom line.
How detailed is up to you. I usually believe that hourly info and that kind of intimate detail is not needed. Simply figure out how much in front you are and how much (if any) you have withdrawn. Naturally, if you don’t win, record that too, despite how much it it might pain you.
Do not omit to note what style of game you are playing, if that’s imperative to you. (In my expertise, most folks stick to what they understand and don’t try something they do not know. If all you record is up, loses and what you’ve taken out, you’re way ahead of most gamblers out there!)
Bestow on yourself actual ambitions, like a ‘dream’ goal (new auto, holiday or anything else). When you withdraw, mark the money taken out to your dream tally. The greater the success you have, the closer that dream will be!
